SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!

Okay, now everyone know the big news! Yes--we, along with Mrs. Ward's class, are going to have a lock-in at the school! I truly hope that each and every student is able to come. We have so many fun things planned, and it will be a night to remember, for sure. I know that there are a lot of soccer and baseball games that weekend, but this is going to be something I hope you find worth scheduling in.

Some of the planned events include a lip-sync contest, relay races, and few things I don't want to share just yet. You can trust me when I tell you that everyone involved will have a great time! I have been so excited to plan this with Mrs. Ward, and I wish I could have been there to share the announcement with everyone. Nevertheless, I WILL be there that night, and I WILL make sure that we all have tons of fun!

Some other upcoming dates to keep in mind:

April 30--No school for students
May 10--Career Day
May 14-16--International Festival
May 17--International Festival Cafe is open
May 18--Field Day!
May 23--I AM Somebody Celebration
May 24--1/2 day of school for students --LAST DAY of 3rd GRADE!

WooHoo!!! I'm not officially a looper, but I am "sooper" excited about coming. I can't give away my identity just yet. However, I will say I hope to use the LLI as an opportunity to settle a score with you!

Uh,huh, huh, loopers are cool. I wish I could be one of you guys. What's a lock-in? Huh, uh, huh, that's funny. Are you like locked in a safe, huh huh? That's pretty silly? Why would you lock yourself in anything? I will come and rescue you guys? Uh, huh, huh? See you then.

Hello Loopers!
I just thought you all should know that I have seen Ms. Karraker and Ms. Ward practicing for the lip-syncing contest! They have been staying late after school every day for a week now. Do you think they will be ready? I am very excited to be able to participate in your special Lock-In! See you in the library!

It looks as if some of our special guests are getting excited (too excited, maybe?). The first one wants to "settle a score" because you showed her that you are awesome multipliers! I wonder if she has been practicing her facts like you have!! I have faith that you will win the rematch, too!

And I don't even know what to say about "Bob" except that isn't his real name--isn't that right Coach Woodall? Parents and loopers, you needn't worry about him, either. Mrs. Ward and I are going to make sure all of our grown-up guests will be on their best behavior. (Wait a second, does that mean WE have to behave, too?)

Hey friends, I am excited about the LLI. I hope I can stay up all night. I'm pretty old, you know. I will be there as a good example for you. You know Mrs. Ward and Ms. Karraker can get crazy sometime. We will have a great time! Let the good times roll!
