Okay, folks! Last week we had a post to talk about having a party next Wednesday. "Someone" suggested a DJ and disco ball and someone else mentioned pizza. I need your help! If one or two parents would like to take on the role of event planner, I would be much obliged! It would be great if we could send home a "wish list" with students on Friday. Any ideas or volunteers? - I am a teacher with many unusual quirks. The most unusual would probably be the fact that I HATE getting gifts or presents. I can't really explain it; it is just who I am. I really LOVE math and wish I could I teach it all day long! I was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania (in 1751!) but later moved to Mt. Zion, Illinois. I have two brothers, one of whom was a real-life rocket scientist! My daddy is a retired mechanical engineer who made glass for a living, and my mom was a church secretary.

A pizza party sounds great, with chips, drinks and dessert. But whatever everyone decides will be fine with me!! Just let me know what I need to send.

On the reading list are the numbers after the titles the reading levels for each book?
